Quatra UK is expanding, and we’re looking for a highly organised, people-focused Supply & Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations and outbound logistics. This is a key leadership role within a fast-growing, sustainability-driven company specialising in the collection and processing of Used Cooking Oil (UCO).
If you have experience managing warehouse teams, coordinating transport flows, and improving operational performance, this role offers the opportunity to make a real impact on our supply chain.
Your responsibilities as Supply & Warehouse Manager:
- Lead warehouse operations across all Quatra UK depots, working closely with Warehouse Supervisors to ensure efficiency, safety and cleanliness.
- Coordinate and manage all outbound transport to the treatment facility, liaising with facility teams, transport partners and operations to ensure smooth scheduling and issue resolution.
- Oversee accurate and timely stock management of Fresh Cooking Oil (FCO), Used Cooking Oil (UCO), and empty packaging.
- Supervise the Trade & Stock Specialist and ensure all documentation meets supply chain and sustainability/traceability standards.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations across all sites.
- Monitor key warehouse KPIs and drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Play an active role in the Quatra UK management team and support the company’s strategic growth.
What do we expect from you?
- Proven experience in warehouse, logistics or outbound operations, with strong knowledge of stock control, transport planning and material flows.
- Familiarity with international sustainability and traceability standards is a strong advantage.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate teams across different functions.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track KPIs and drive operational improvements.
- Full UK driving licence required; occasional travel between depots and the refinery expected.
