The role
As a Production Operator, you keep our processing line running smoothly. You work across multiple stations, from raw material intake to finished product packaging and take ownership of quality and output at every step.
You don’t need 10 years of experience.
What matters is that you’re willing to learn and can work independently when needed.
What you'll do
- Operate and monitor production equipment including the Skid, Shredder and Washers
- Run the Wrapping and Packaging Station, ensuring products are correctly packed and labelled
- Carry out basic quality checks throughout the production process
- Follow health & safety procedures at all times
- Report equipment faults or production issues to the Production Manager
- Keep your work area clean and organised
- Support colleagues across stations as needed
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a production, manufacturing or warehouse environment
- Comfortable working with machinery and physical tasks
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
- Good attention to detail
- Basic understanding of health & safety in a production setting
- Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
